This is one of the most unusual situations that I have seen because the cop protected the victim from the Cop Baiter. Memphis, Tn., Michael Hayes was out to inspect one of his real estate properties, when a neighbor of said property decided to verbally accost the real estate investor. When the investor continue his business she call the cops. But the Baiting Call didn’t go as planned for her. She was threatened with arrest if she continue harassing Mr. Hayes.
