Mr. Ving Rhames, the famous actor’s neighbor pulled a Cop Baiting Call on him for being big and black in his own home. Mr. Rhames said he heard noises coming from his backyard, and when he opened his door to see what the clatter was, it was the cops. The cops held him at gun point while he tries to explain why he was in his own home.
