This Cop Baiting might be a new form of interaction. Cop Baiter, Stephanie Sebby-Strempe, took it upon herself to physically attack a child who was trying to go for a swim. She is what I a Vigilante Cop Baiter. One which will use force, then call the cops on you. I am sure she would not attack a grown man like that.
